In 1993, Pichón Baldinu co-founded and directed the company De la Guarda, which was founded on the premise of a theater full of physical action, audience interaction, and a festive spirit.
Since its debut at Centro Cultural Recoleta in Buenos Aires in 1995, this show has captivated audiences worldwide with its celebration of life and the moment. With an international tour around cities such as New York, Las Vegas, London, Tokyo, Sydney, Tel Aviv, and Bogotá, “Villa Villa” has captured the essence of celebration and liberation for over 3 million viewers.
Pichón created an immersive experience that pushed boundaries of control, redefining the concept of live performance.
